Modular Cleanroom Partition
System

Team meeting

In high-precision manufacturing, the physical shell of your facility is the first line of defense against contamination. Our modular partition systems move beyond traditional masonry, offering a flexible, high-strength alternative designed for rapid assembly and total environmental isolation.

These interlocking wall and ceiling panels provide a definitive barrier that maintains pressure gradients and prevents cross-contamination, ensuring your facility is commission-ready from day one. By prioritizing a "speed-to-market" approach, we enable you to scale or reconfigure your production lines with minimal dust and zero structural downtime.

Working

Advanced Panel Integrity

The performance of a partition is defined by its core and surface engineering. Every HVAX panel is a precision-manufactured sandwich structure designed to remain inert and particle-free under the most demanding conditions.

Infills

We utilize High-Density Rockwool for fire-rated zones, PUF for superior thermal stability, or Aluminum Honeycomb for ultra-lightweight, non-combustible requirements.

Surface Skins

Panels are encased in PCGI (Powder Coated Galvanized Iron), PPGI, Stainless Steel (304/316) or high-grade Laminates, finished with specialized coatings that resist corrosion from aggressive sterilization agents like Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP).

Airtight Interlocking

Our unique tongue-and-groove system ensures a completely level, flush surface that eliminates ledges and particle traps.

Seamless Integration & Maintenance Access

A cleanroom is only as sterile as its weakest joint, which is why our system integrates all components into a single, flush ecosystem. We utilize large-radius aluminum covings at all wall, floor, and ceiling transitions to eliminate 90-degree corners where microbes typically accumulate. This seamless design extends to our double-glazed view panels and cleanroom doors, which are mounted perfectly level with the wall skin. To maximize operational uptime, our walkable ceiling grids allow maintenance teams to service HEPA filters and utilities from a technical area above the cleanroom, keeping your production floor sterile during routine inspections.

Operational Flexibility & Compliance

Modern infrastructure requires the ability to evolve. Our non-progressive system architecture allows for the removal of any individual panel without disturbing adjacent walls a critical feature for facilities that frequently upgrade heavy machinery. To maintain a clutter-free environment, every partition can be pre-engineered with integrated return air risers and concealed conduits for power, data, and gases. This rigorous engineering ensures your facility meets the highest global standards, including ISO 14644, WHO-GMP, and USFDA requirements, turning your physical infrastructure into a validated strategic asset.
